What the PoC demonstrates

DebtLoop models confirmed obligations as a directed graph, detects a circular chain, and calculates the maximum equal offset that can be applied around that cycle. The current PoC produces a netting proposal only.

This demo does not move funds, execute legal settlement, or replace accounting systems. Commercial deployment requires jurisdiction-specific legal, accounting, data-protection and security validation.
